A charge I don’t recognise
Our charges are these, in US dollars: the download fee of 1.99 USD when you first download a code; 19.95 USD every 4 weeks after your first 7 days, until you cancel; 19.99 USD a month for the Monthly plan; and 79, 99 or 189 USD for the 4-, 6- and 12-month plans, paid once.
If a charge matches one of these and you’d like it to stop, cancel your plan — it ends at the end of the time you’ve paid for. If it matches none of them, or you were charged after you cancelled, write to us with the amount and the date and we’ll look at it.
