A copy of your data, a QR code that shouldn’t exist, a security concern.
A copy of my data, or correct it
Your codes and their settings are in My QR codes, where you can change or delete them any time; your account’s details are in Account; each code’s scans can be downloaded as a file from its Scans tab. For a copy of everything we hold about you, or to correct something you can’t change yourself, write to us from the address you log in with. Our privacy page says what we keep and for how long.
