I was charged twice
Two charges close together are usually two different things: the download fee of 1.99 USD, then 19.95 USD every 4 weeks after your first 7 days; or a 4-, 6- or 12-month plan bought while another plan was running. A real double charge — the same amount twice for the same thing — is refunded. Write to us with both amounts and dates.
